Shipping Policy for Preorders:

Thank you for choosing to preorder from our store! Pre-orders are a great way to secure your desired purchase before they sellout !

We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our shipping process for preordered items. Please take note of the following details:

Processing Time:

Once you place a preorder, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order before the shipping time.  

Shipping Time:

The shipping time for preordered items is approximately 2-5 working weeks. This means that once your order has been processed, it will take an additional 2-5 weeks for your items to be delivered to your doorstep.

Shipping Policy For On-Hand Inventory 

Please allow 2-7 processing (business) days, due to high quantity of orders. Then, the shipping time will depend on what you chose at checkout.

At checkout, you're allowed to purchase your desired shipping time and it tells you the estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order.

 Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.  For certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 3-5 days of processing time.

Communication:
We understand the importance of keeping you informed. Throughout the process, we will provide regular updates on the progress of your preorder. If there are any delays or changes in the estimated shipping time, we will notify you promptly.
